Quality & Environmental Policy

The company, with the aim of satisfying and ensuring customer trust and fulfilling defined quality standards, implements a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015.

The main objective of the Quality Management System is to create a basis for the continuous improvement of the efficiency of its processes, always guided by the continuous satisfaction of the needs and expectations of its customers to the greatest possible extent.

Scope of Application

Development, sale and support of software, IT and eLearning applications.
Development and production of educational material.

It was designed in accordance with the needs and objectives of the Company and the Legal and Regulatory Requirements of the applicable Greek and Community Legislation.

Our company is committed to:
  • The continuous improvement of the Quality Management System under the responsibility of Management and through techniques such as internal audits of the System, Corrective-Preventive Actions, Analysis of Data arising from communication with customers and Administrative Review of the System.
  • The provision by the Management of all necessary resources and means aimed at the continuous upgrading of the ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 Quality Management System . 
  • The establishment of measurable (qualitative and/or quantitative) quality objectives in order to monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and the degree of customer satisfaction. The effectiveness of the objectives is monitored through the Management Review Process and the relevant documented information.
  • The compliance of its services with the applicable Legal and Regulatory Requirements of Greek and Community Legislation.
  • Continuous training of staff.
  • Monitoring and managing risks that could have negative impacts on the compliance of products and services with quality objectives and ultimate customer satisfaction.
  • The identification and exploitation of opportunities that could contribute to improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and therefore the satisfaction of its customers.
  • Monitoring critical parameters of its processes, in order to ensure quality at all levels of its operation. Also, regarding rational environmental management (of waste and natural resources):
  • Taking all necessary measures to avoid, reduce, process and reuse waste as well as to reduce the consumption of resources (energy, water, raw materials and auxiliary materials) by applying the best available techniques.
  • Over-covering legislation and maintaining a list of legislation which is revised annually.
The Quality Management Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Quality & Environment Policy.
The managers of each department are designated as responsible for the implementation of the Quality & Environmental Policy in their departments.
Compliance with the Quality & Environmental Policy is mandatory for all its employees.
The Quality & Environmental Policy is reviewed on an annual basis and approved by the company’s General Manager.
