We apply multiple instructional design techniques according to the format, the profile of learners, the required level of interactivity, as well as the budget of the project.
Techniques include presentation of concepts, interactive tables, dialogues with static or animated cliparts, timelines, gamification, case studies, 3D interactive animated videos, video tutorials using animation tools, non-sequential multi-level dialogs with variable decision trees according to the learner’s actions, as well as multiple types of activities to reinforce knowledge and assess the knowledge acquired.
Using blended learning technique, we designed a series of courses on resilience. According to the client’s specifications, an e-learning solution was implemented suitable to support the trainers during or after the classroom training. Through interactive elements included in the courses, the instructor enriches his teaching practices by maintaining the interest and increasing the understanding of the learners.

As our client requested to raise public awareness on issues of digital fraud, the company designed and implemented an e-learning course on the tricks applied by cyber-criminals who exploit new technologies to trap their victims. Due to the profile of users (general public of all ages), we decided to use a cartoon-based visual approach with animations developed for the specific course.

During the long-lasting partnership with The Hellenic Banking Institute, we have implemented various e-learning courses for the certification of bank employees in investment products and EEC directives. These courses – upon approval from the Bank of Greece – become available through the Banking Institute’s LMS to all employees of partner banks.
